With over 40 years of professional experience, Gary has honed his craft in Michelin-starred and Rosette-awarded restaurants, luxury hotels, event catering, private dining, and prestigious cookery competitions. His expertise also extends to conference and banqueting, business and industry, restaurants and cookery schools, bringing a wealth of knowledge and creativity to every event.
 

Alongside running The Oxfordshire Chef, Gary shares his passion for food as a chef lecturer in Professional Cookery, nurturing the next generation of culinary talent.
